Who is responsible
ATA7 Labs is the brand name of Berke Ataseven, an individual developer based in Türkiye, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@ata7labs.com or by post at the address under Contact & Legal Information. This section is our notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
What we process and why
- Website requests: when you visit this site, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is needed to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Support emails: if you email us, we process your address, your message, and anything you include in it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep support emails until your request is resolved and for no longer than two years afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise.
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party embeds. Its fonts are served from this site.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and routes email sent to our domain. It keeps technical logs for a period consistent with its business purposes and publishes no fixed period. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google LLC (Gmail) provides the inbox where support emails are delivered.
International transfers
Both providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country, including outside Türkiye and the EU. For data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland, both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to your personal data, and for its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us to make a request. Under KVKK Art. 11, you can also ask whether we process your data, why, and who receives it, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Türkiye this is the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK), after first applying to us. In the EU, you can complain to the authority where you live or work.
